AbyssFit Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At AbyssFit, we stand behind the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand our generous return window and comprehensive warranty coverage.

1. 99-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURNS

You have 99 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories)

  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

  • Return request must be initiated within the 99-day window

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@abyssfit.store to request a Return Authorization

  2. We'll provide return instructions and our Dubai address for returns

  3. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of refund approval

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product

  • We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance

  • Our return address: Deira Naif, Dubai, UAE

2. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for our errors/defects)

  • Note: We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return for a refund and place a new order

3. 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All AbyssFit products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Material or workmanship defects

  • Functional failures under normal use

  • Broken or malfunctioning components

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact support@abyssfit.store with your order number and description/photos of the defect

  2. We'll assess if the issue is covered under warranty

  3. If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@abyssfit.store

  • Provide photos/video showing the issue and your order number

  • We'll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite replacement at no cost to you

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety:

  • Opened or used products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned (unless defective)

  • Final sale/clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Contact us immediately at support@abyssfit.store to cancel

  • If order hasn't shipped: Full refund within 24 hours

  • If order has shipped: Standard 99-day return policy applies
